Three people can be registered for a safe deposit box. One principal account holder and two nominees. You can get access individually or together. We do not allow guests under any circumstances. Please read our third party access procedures. Each person wanting to access the safe deposit box needs to be registered with us.
Here is our procedure to sign up for a new safe deposit box.
1. Setup an appointment.
You will need to call us and setup an appointment to open a new locker. We do not offer any walk-in appointments.
2. Choose a locker.
We can help you with selecting a locker from our range of 18 different sizes.
3. Documents you need to bring with you.
Each person on the account will need to bring with them the following piece of information.
- Proof of Photo ID (one of the following)
- Driving license
- Proof of address (one of the following)
- Council Tax Statement for the current year
- Bank statement within the last three months
- Current Utility Bill within the last three months
4. Fill in the Application Form (Copy available from the office)
You will need to fill out the form to complete the application for license agreement. Please read our terms and conditions for opening an account with us.
5. Creating an account.
Once you have completed the form and provided the relevant documentation, we will create an account on our secure system. You will be photographed and finger printed for the Biometric Photo ID card that will be issued to you. You will also be issued with a unique high security key to securely access your safe deposit box.
